Scope
This policy applies to the Interval Pulse pre-launch website and waitlist. The live app is not yet available. This page describes how we handle information today.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and minimal technical metadata needed to operate the form securely (such as rate-limiting signals). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How we use it
We use waitlist email addresses only to contact you about early access to Interval Pulse. We do not send promotional spam.
Retention and deletion
You may request deletion of your waitlist entry at any time by writing to us. We remove server-held personal data on verified request, subject to minimal records we may retain where required by law.
Pulse records and privacy rights
When Interval Pulse launches, Continuation chains are designed to be append-only and cannot be silently rewritten. That does not mean we ignore deletion, safety, or privacy rights. Participants may remove local copies and exercise applicable privacy rights. Exact behavior will be reviewed against jurisdiction-specific law before launch.
